Indigenous sauna by Aisha Luvert
Every season I feel an actual physical change taking place. The nights are colder, the morning I can see my breath, the dew and crisp air is back. The air actually feels cold with a little bit of water attached to it. The sun is still out most days and it feels so good to feel it on my skin or eyes during the sunsets. I still follow the sunflowers...they know what to do.
I feel my bedtime moving earlier and committing to Qigong in the morning...so right now I am exploring rituals and sitting with the idea of releasing what's asking for release. These days, it's felt natural for me to release any blocks to achieving my ultimate thrive. Flowing with the up-leveling information.
....As the season starts to change again, the shifts and the understanding there are some energies coming to the surface that weren't visible before...I might've heard whispers of them or had a whiff, but didn't have a clear view. These days, I've learned to give less judgement of what I think I'm seeing and sit in quiet observation. It's in the spending time with wind, waters, sun and earth where restoring, balancing, cleansing, replenishing and flowing begins again. The Fall recipe is integrating what the Winter, Spring, Summer has shared and then growing and harvesting something new, with all inputs present.
